Booking and cancellation policy
Unless otherwise specified, booking payments are non-refundable.
The following policy must be respected by every guest.
Any guests that violates the hostel policy will be asked to check out immediately. In any of these circumstances, W&D Hostel will not refund any prepaid money. Guests will be liable for any damages incurred at the hostel.
Please note that we require a refundable key deposit of 5 Euro per key, which is returned upon checkout. The key deposit must be paid in cash.
Guests can use the community kitchen, but they need to clean up after themselves.
All rooms are non-smoking, smoking is only allowed on the roof top terrace of the hostel
Please note we do no have lockers.
We don't have wi-fi but we can help you to get a 4G card with internet for around 5 euro
We don't have own Parking lot, but there are several parking lots around the area.
Your reservation shows the number of guests permitted in your room and our pricing would change with additional guests.
For health and hygiene reasons, guests are required to use bedding/sheets provided to cover their beds.
Please look after your personal belongings! We cannot take responsibility for any loss, theft or damage to any guest property whatever the cause.
All individuals using facilities (e.g. room, communal kitchen, ldining area, courtyard, and rooftop terrace) must be paying and registered guests. This is for the security of all our guests who expect that we can identify everyone in our building and provide a secure environment.
V&D Hostel reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason if they might impact the enjoyment of other guests. Violations of policies, terms and conditions can result in eviction without refund.
Cancellation Policy
Please review our cancellation policy carefully before booking as we cannot and do not make exceptions with our cancellation policy.
No free cancellation and no refund possible after booking.
If you decide to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
We do not offer any refund in case of reservation errors (e.g. booking the wrong dates), weather, road or snow conditions, road closures, health condition changes, death, family issues, unfavorable travel circumstance (e.g. vehicle breakdown, flight cancellation/time change), or any other acts of nature.
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR LATE ARRIVALS, EARLY DEPARTURES, OR SHORTENING OF STAY ONCE YOU ARE CHECKED IN OR YOUR RESERVED ARRIVAL DATE IS REACHED.
We always recommend you purchase travel insurance to protect your travel investment and, in the event, that you are not able to travel, claim against your purchased policy.
